Description:

Returns the internal rate of return where positive and negative cash flows are financed at different rates.

Function Structure:

=MIRR(values, finance_rate, reinvest_rate).

Argument Breakdown:

values – Array or reference to cells that contain cash flow.

finance_rate – The required rate of return (discount rate) as percentage.

reinvest_rate – Interest rate received on cash flows reinvested as percentage.
